Course Scope & Key Topics: • BPMN 2.0 in Context: Process modeling vs. process execution, BPMS conformance, and connecting processes to company strategies/metrics. • Modeling Styles: Workflows (Private Processes), Business Participant Interactions (Public Processes), and Choreographies. • Advanced Symbol Mastery: Deep dive into Gateways, Events (Start, Intermediate, End, Scopes), Artifacts, Message Flows, and Data Modeling/Stores. • Process Design & Execution: Activities, resource assignments, loops, sub-processes, error handling, and compensation triggers.
