Expert Customer Service Representative We are looking for expert-level Customer Service Representatives to join our team. We are not looking for average. We are looking for the best of the best — smart, reliable, sharp individuals who can communicate clearly, work fast, and handle a high-volume customer service environment. This is a full-time position, 8 hours per day. You must be comfortable making 100 to 200 calls per day, following up with clients, answering questions, sending messages, assisting with customer support, and helping our team stay organized. There is a lot of room for growth in this company. If you perform well in customer service, show strong communication skills, stay consistent, and prove that you can handle responsibility, you may have the opportunity to move up into our sales team. Requirements We are looking for candidates who have strong English communication skills, clear and confident speaking ability, strong spelling and writing skills, good basic math skills, fast typing, attention to detail, common sense, the ability to think under pressure, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, the ability to follow instructions, and the confidence to make a high volume of calls every day. Important: You Will Be Tested Every serious applicant will go through a screening process. You will be interviewed more than once, and we will test your English speaking skills, writing, spelling, reading comprehension, basic math, typing speed, communication skills, ability to follow instructions, and ability to handle real customer service situations.
