Expert UI/UX Designer Needed | AI-Powered Hiring & Recruitment SaaS Platform

About the Project We are building an AI-powered hiring software — a SaaS platform that helps companies streamline their recruitment process using artificial intelligence. We need an expert-level UI/UX designer who can craft an experience that is intuitive, modern, and built for professional users (HR teams, recruiters, and hiring managers). This is a complex product with multiple user types and flows. We need someone who has designed SaaS dashboards before — not just landing pages. What We Need Designed Candidate-Facing: Job listing & application flow AI resume screening status page Interview scheduling interface Recruiter / HR Dashboard: Main dashboard (pipeline overview, active jobs, candidate stats) Job posting creation & management Candidate profile view (AI score, resume, notes, status) Interview management (scheduling, feedback, scorecards) AI insights panel (match scores, recommendations, red flags) Team collaboration features (comments, assignments) Admin / Company Settings: User management & roles Billing & subscription page Integration settings (ATS, calendar, Slack, etc.) Other: Onboarding flow (first-time setup wizard) Login / Sign Up screens Notifications & activity feed Visual Direction Clean, modern SaaS aesthetic — think Linear, Notion, Ashby, or Greenhouse Professional and trustworthy — this is a B2B product used by enterprises AI elements should feel smart and subtle, not gimmicky Light mode primary, dark mode a bonus Who We're Looking For Expert-level UI/UX designer — this is not a junior role Strong portfolio of SaaS dashboards, B2B products, or HR/productivity tools Deep understanding of UX flows, information hierarchy, and complex data layouts Ability to create a full design system in Figma (components, variants, tokens) Experience designing for AI-driven products is a strong plus Figma is required — no other tools Deliverables Full Figma file with all screens (desktop-first, mobile as needed) Component library & design system Interactive prototype for key flows Developer-ready handoff with auto-layout and named layers How to Apply Do not send a generic bid.
