Job Description: ERP Integration Specialist Position Overview We are seeking an experienced ERP Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as Zoho, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle ERP. Experience with one or more of these platforms is required, while expertise across multiple platforms is highly desirable. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating clients' ERP systems with Nigeria's e-Invoicing Solution, ensuring seamless data exchange, regulatory compliance, and reliable end-to-end system functionality. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and implement integrations between client ERP systems and Nigeria's e-Invoicing platform. * Analyze clients' existing ERP environments and recommend appropriate integration strategies. * Configure APIs, middleware, and data mapping to ensure accurate synchronization of invoices and related financial data. * Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies. * Collaborate with product, engineering, and implementation teams to deliver integration projects on schedule. * Conduct testing, validation, and deployment of integration solutions. * Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations, configurations, and deployment procedures. * Ensure all integrations comply with Nigerian e-Invoicing regulations and industry best practices. * Provide post-implementation support and technical guidance to clients when required. * Deliver full end-to-end ERP integration covering client invoice workflows, including Invoices, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes. * Design and implement bulk posting mechanisms to efficiently process multiple invoice document types. * Develop and maintain a middleware service that securely receives, posts, tracks, and monitors invoices submitted from client ERP systems to the Nigeria e-Invoicing platform. * Implement robust monitoring, logging, error handling, and retry mechanisms to ensure reliable invoice submission and status tracking. * Participate in technical workshops, implementation sessions, and client meetings throughout the integration lifecycle, remaining actively engaged until the client has successfully gone live. * Provide 14 days of post-go-live support to monitor integrations, resolve issues, and ensure a stable production rollout. Required Qualifications * Proven experience integrating ERP systems with external platforms or government/compliance systems. * Experience with at least one of the following ERP solutions: * Zoho (Zoho Books/Zoho Inventory) * QuickBooks * Microsoft Dynamics 365 * Oracle ERP * Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, JSON/XML, and API authentication mechanisms. * Experience with middleware or integration platforms is an advantage. * Knowledge of financial workflows, accounting processes, and ERP data structures. * Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple client integration projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with e-Invoicing, e-Tax, or government compliance platforms. * Familiarity with Nigeria's FIRS e-Invoicing requirements is a strong advantage. * Experience with cloud-based ERP systems and enterprise integrations. * Knowledge of API security, OAuth, and enterprise integration best practices. Commercial Terms The ERP Integration Specialist will be engaged on a per-client, per-ERP implementation basis. Compensation is determined by the ERP platform being integrated. Integration Fees (Per Client): * Zoho ERP Integration: USD $500 * Microsoft Dynamics ERP Integration: USD $500 * Oracle ERP Integration: USD $500 * QuickBooks ERP Integration:USD $300 Where a client requires integration with multiple ERP platforms, compensation will be calculated based on the applicable fee for each ERP implementation unless otherwise agreed in writing. What Success Looks Like * Successful integration of client ERP systems with Nigeria's e-Invoicing solution. * Accurate and reliable synchronization of invoice and financial data. * Timely delivery of integration projects with minimal post-deployment issues. * High levels of client satisfaction through seamless implementation and support.
