Expert Editor Needed for Podcast Reels, Shorts & Video Social Clips

We are looking for an experienced video editor to turn podcast episodes into engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. The ideal candidate understands how to identify the most engaging moments from long-form podcast content and transform them into highly watchable clips that maximize audience retention. Responsibilities: Edit podcast clips into short-form videos (30–90 seconds) Add animated captions and subtitles Use zooms, cuts, transitions, b-roll, and motion graphics where appropriate Enhance audio quality and pacing Create content optimized for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts Follow branding and editing guidelines Requirements: Previous experience editing podcast content Strong portfolio of podcast reels and social clips Knowledge of audience retention techniques Fast turnaround times Excellent communication skills Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar software
