UX/UI Expert Figma (B2B SaaS, Dashboards, Shopify Apps) - Full Scope

Summary NextGen AI Labs is looking for a talented UX/UI professional to design the entire interface of our upcoming next-generation B2B SaaS AI Agent for Shopify stores. Our platform autonomously executes critical e-commerce customer support workflows (such as order cancellations, instant refunds, and automated package tracking) using advanced conversational AI. We want to complete the full design phase now so it is 100% structured, polished, and ready for our development team. This role is ideal for someone who is exceptionally strong in Figma, wireframing, e-commerce user experience strategy, and creating clean, modern dashboard layouts. Responsibilities You will lead the design of the entire platform, which includes: Creating low-fidelity wireframes and structural user flows for the web platform. Designing polished, high-fidelity UX/UI layouts in Figma for 7 key screens. Helping organize a scalable design system (reusable components, auto-layouts, buttons, and form cards). Creating a fully interactive, clickable Figma prototype to demonstrate user journeys. Preparing all design assets and files for smooth developer handoff. The Scope of Work (7 Key Screens) Live Chat Widget: Clean, lightweight, and mobile-responsive widget for storefronts. Merchant Dashboard: Analytics overview showing high-impact AI KPIs (Automation Rate, Time Saved, Extra Revenue). Shared Inbox Panel: Centralized interface for live monitoring and human handoff capabilities. Merchant Onboarding: A seamless, frictionless 60-second connection and setup flow for Shopify stores. AI Knowledge Base Hub: A dedicated dashboard for uploading store FAQs and training documentation. Widget Customization Panel: Where merchants can dynamically change chat branding, colors, and bot identities. Billing & Subscriptions Page: Clear plan selection tiers and payment management layouts. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has proven and deep expertise with Figma (utilizing components, variants, and auto-layout). Deeply understands UX logic and user psychology, not just visual graphics. Has prior experience designing B2B SaaS platforms, analytics dashboards, or Shopify/e-commerce apps. Can take raw product requirements and turn them into highly structured, clean visual interfaces. Communicates clearly and can meet strict project deadlines. Bonus Skills Experience designing interfaces specifically optimized for web developers. Familiarity with responsive web design grids and frameworks. Basic understanding of front-end environments (React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS) to ensure designs are practical and buildable. Project Type & Budget This role may include multiple projects over time. The first project will likely involve creating wireframes or UI mockups for a software platform, website, or app concept. We are looking for someone who can start with project-based work and potentially grow into an ongoing role with I Build Tech. This is a Fixed-Price project with a total budget of $150, strictly divided into 3 transparent, milestone-based payments: Milestone 1 ($50): Complete Wireframes & User Flows for all 7 screens. Milestone 2 ($50): High-fidelity UI Design & Design System. Milestone 3 ($50): Clickable Interactive Prototype & Developer-ready Handoff.
