UX/UI Expert Figma (SaaS, Web, Apps)

I Build Tech (https://www.ibuildtech.io/) is looking for a talented UX/UI professional to support our growing software, app, and website development projects. We are a custom software and technology company that builds modern digital solutions for businesses, including client portals, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, dashboards, websites, and internal business tools. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in Figma, wireframing, user experience strategy, and clean modern interface design. We are looking for someone who can help us turn ideas, client requirements, and rough concepts into polished wireframes, prototypes, and developer-ready designs. This will begin as a temporary/project-based role, but we are open to a temp-to-hire arrangement for the right person. Responsibilities You may help with: Creating wireframes for websites, web apps, portals, dashboards, and mobile apps Designing polished UX/UI layouts in Figma Turning client ideas, notes, and requirements into clear visual flows Creating user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes Improving existing designs for better usability and visual appeal Preparing designs for developer handoff Helping organize design systems, components, buttons, forms, cards, and reusable UI patterns Collaborating with our development team to make sure designs are practical and buildable Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has strong experience with Figma Understands UX, not just visual design Can design clean, modern, professional software interfaces Has experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, apps, portals, or business websites Can take loose requirements and create structure Communicates clearly and can explain design decisions Is comfortable working in a fast-moving agency or software development environment Can meet deadlines and stay organized Is open to a long-term role if the fit is right Bonus Skills These are not required, but they are a plus: Experience with design systems Experience designing for developers Familiarity with responsive web design Experience with client-facing projects Basic understanding of front-end development, React, Next.js, or Tailwind Experience with mobile app design Ability to create simple brand direction or visual style guides Project Type This role may include multiple projects over time. The first project will likely involve creating wireframes or UI mockups for a software platform, website, or app concept.
