# Expert GoHighLevel, Facebook Ads and Conversion Funnel Auditor Needed ## Project Overview We operate a premium consumer service and currently use Facebook advertising and GoHighLevel to attract, qualify, and manage prospects. We are receiving leads, but too few qualified prospects are completing the process and booking sales consultations. We need an expert-level specialist to conduct a complete audit of our existing system, determine why prospects are not booking, identify technical and strategic weaknesses, and provide a written report explaining exactly what needs to be corrected. This is not a basic GoHighLevel setup assignment. The specialist must understand the complete conversion process: **Facebook advertisement → landing page or lead form → qualification → incentive → automated follow-up → consultation booking → appointment attendance** More detailed information about the offer will be provided privately to shortlisted applicants when necessary. ## Phase 1 — Mandatory System Audit and Written Report The first phase of this project is an audit only. The selected specialist must review our current system and report what needs to be fixed before making major changes or beginning a full implementation project. We want an independent expert evaluation of the entire prospect journey. ### Phase 1 Audit Responsibilities The specialist must: * Review the complete Facebook advertising campaign * Review advertising copy, creative, targeting, offers, and calls to action * Review Facebook lead forms * Review landing pages * Review the complete GoHighLevel setup * Review forms, surveys, calendars, pipelines, tags, and automations * Review email and SMS follow-up sequences * Review appointment reminders * Review no-show and rescheduling workflows * Test the entire prospect journey from the first advertisement click to the booked sales appointment * Test the system on both desktop and mobile * Identify where prospects become confused or abandon the process * Identify technical errors and workflow failures * Identify broken links and missing messages * Review the speed and simplicity of the booking process * Review whether the current offer gives prospects a strong enough reason to book * Review whether our incentive attracts qualified prospects or people only seeking something free * Review whether our qualification language properly filters prospects * Review tracking, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and conversion events * Determine whether Meta is optimizing for low-cost leads instead of qualified appointments * Review how leads are categorized inside GoHighLevel * Review whether staff receives the correct notifications * Review whether leads who do not book are followed up with properly * Review whether booked prospects receive enough reminders to attend ## Phase 1 Required Report At the end of Phase 1, the specialist must provide a clear written audit report containing: 1. Every major weakness identified 2. The location of each weakness in the funnel 3. Evidence or reasoning supporting each finding 4. The likely effect of each weakness on conversion 5. Whether the problem is technical, strategic, messaging-related, advertising-related, or operational 6. The recommended correction for each problem 7. The priority level of every correction 8. Which corrections should be completed immediately 9. Which corrections can wait until later 10. The estimated time required for each correction 11. The estimated cost of implementing each correction 12. The recommended testing plan 13. The recommended performance metrics 14. A proposed Phase 2 implementation plan We will review the audit report before authorizing major changes. The initial contract may cover Phase 1 only. Phase 2 will not automatically be awarded. ## Primary Objective Our objective is to increase the number of qualified prospects who book and attend sales consultations while reducing low-quality leads who do not have the time, resources, interest, or financial capacity required for a premium service. Our service requires a substantial investment of several thousand dollars. We do not want to display the complete price prominently in the Facebook advertisement. However, the messaging must communicate that the service requires a serious financial and personal commitment. The system must discourage people looking for a free or inexpensive service without unnecessarily discouraging financially qualified prospects before they understand the value. ## Important Offer and Qualification Issue We are considering offering qualified prospects a complimentary introductory experience valued at more than $100 after they pass our standard onboarding qualification. The incentive must not be presented as an unrestricted giveaway. The selected specialist must evaluate: * Whether the incentive will improve booking rates * Where it should appear in the funnel * How it should be described * What qualification should occur before it is offered * How to prevent people from entering only to receive something free * Whether a different incentive would produce better qualified appointments The qualification process must remain simple and fast. We do not want prospects completing a long questionnaire before booking. ## Phase 2 — Implementation After Approval Phase 2 will begin only after we review and approve the Phase 1 audit. Possible Phase 2 responsibilities may include: * Correcting GoHighLevel workflows * Correcting automation failures * Improving forms and qualification steps * Improving landing pages * Rewriting Facebook advertising * Improving calls to action * Improving the offer and incentive * Simplifying the booking process * Rebuilding follow-up sequences * Improving appointment reminders * Creating no-show recovery workflows * Correcting tracking and conversion events * Improving Facebook campaign structure * Creating retargeting campaigns * Creating testing variations * Improving cost per qualified appointment * Improving appointment attendance The specialist should be capable of implementing the approved corrections but must complete the audit first. ## Required Experience Applicants must have strong and verifiable experience with: * GoHighLevel * Meta and Facebook advertising * Conversion-rate optimization * Lead-generation funnels * Premium or high-ticket consumer services * Sales appointment generation * Advertising copywriting * Landing-page optimization * Marketing automation * Meta Pixel * Conversions API * Conversion tracking * A/B testing * Lead qualification * Appointment-attendance campaigns * Funnel quality assurance ## Who Should Not Apply Please do not apply if you: * Only build basic GoHighLevel workflows * Only manage Facebook advertisements without reviewing the complete funnel * Depend entirely on templates * Cannot write persuasive English advertising copy * Focus only on generating inexpensive leads * Cannot interpret funnel and conversion data * Cannot identify why prospects fail to book * Cannot document your findings clearly * Cannot implement your own recommendations * Cannot provide examples of high-ticket or booked-appointment funnel results ## Application Questions Please answer every question: 1. Describe your process for auditing a Facebook-to-GoHighLevel appointment funnel. 2. What access and information will you need to complete Phase 1? 3. How will you test the prospect journey? 4. How will you identify where prospects abandon the process? 5. How will you distinguish technical problems from messaging or offer problems? 6. How would you determine whether an incentive is attracting unqualified prospects? 7. How would you determine whether Meta is optimizing for cheap leads instead of qualified bookings? 8. How would you evaluate whether the booking process contains too much friction? 9. Please provide an example of a previous funnel audit you completed. 10. What measurable improvement occurred after your recommendations were implemented? 11. What would you charge for Phase 1 only? 12. How soon can you provide the completed written audit? 13. Which parts of Phase 2 could you personally implement? Please begin your application with: **Phase 1 Funnel Audit** This confirms that you carefully reviewed the posting. ## Budget and Project Structure We prefer a milestone-based fixed-price project. ### Phase 1 — Audit and Written Report Suggested budget: **$300–$600** The Phase 1 contract should include: * Complete Facebook advertising audit * Complete GoHighLevel audit * Full prospect-journey testing * Desktop and mobile quality assurance * Written findings * Prioritized correction plan * Cost and time estimates * Proposed Phase 2 implementation plan ### Phase 2 — Implementation Phase 2 will be priced separately after we review the audit. Possible Phase 2 budget: **$1,200–$2,500**, depending on the number of approved corrections and the amount of implementation required. We will not automatically award Phase 2. It will depend on the quality, accuracy, clarity, and usefulness of the Phase 1 audit. ## Phase 1 Success Criteria Phase 1 will be considered successful if the specialist provides: * A complete and accurate audit * Clear identification of why qualified prospects are not booking * Specific evidence supporting the findings * Identification of technical and strategic weaknesses * A prioritized repair plan * Practical recommendations * Estimated implementation costs * Clear responsibilities for Phase 2 * Recommended performance metrics
