Expert GoHighLevel + Professional AI Automation Engineer (Make.com + Claude API)

JOB DESCRIPTION About us: We're Risen Strategic, a premium done-for-you AI automation agency serving high-value service businesses (med spas, law firms, luxury real estate). We're building our flagship AI-powered revenue system on our own GoHighLevel account first — this becomes the master template we then deploy to clients. We are looking for an absolute EXPERT — top-tier in BOTH AI engineering/integration AND GoHighLevel. This is not a beginner or generalist role. We need someone who lives and breathes GHL, Make.com, and AI integration, and can architect a sophisticated, premium system that's built to be replicated. If it goes well, this is a long-term, ongoing technical partnership with recurring work as we scale. What we're building — a two-layer system: Layer 1 — GHL Foundation: CRM, pipelines, calendars, SMS/phone, and core automations (lead capture, nurture, appointment reminders, reviews, payments, referrals). A prior contractor started this but left it incomplete and buggy — it needs auditing, cleanup, and finishing. Saved as a replicable Snapshot. Layer 2 — Elite AI Layer: Built on top using GHL MCP Server + Make.com + Claude API: 24/7 conversational AI agent (reads inbound messages, qualifies, books appointments) Instant lead response across all channels Dead-database reactivation engine AI response drafting for SMS AND email — Claude auto-drafts replies to leads (and other emails) for owner one-tap approval AI review responses (owner-approved) A white-labeled "Command Center" dashboard (live leads, pipeline, revenue, AI activity) — desktop AND mobile app Daily AI intelligence briefing to Slack + email Integration with each client's existing software (Mindbody, Dentrix, Clio, Follow Up Boss, etc.) Critical requirement — everything must be REPLICABLE: a reusable GHL Snapshot, cloneable Make.com templates, documented Claude prompts, and a per-client deployment checklist. We deploy this over and over — not a one-off. Required skills (must be expert-level): Deep GoHighLevel expertise (workflows, snapshots, pipelines, calendars, white-label, mobile app) Make.com (scenarios, webhooks, API integrations) Claude API / Anthropic (or strong OpenAI experience + willingness to use Claude) GHL MCP Server experience a strong plus API/webhook integration between GHL and external software Clear English communication, reliable, fast, responsive Documents their work (Loom + written runbook) Nice to have: AI voice agent experience (Vapi, Retell, or GHL native Voice AI) White-labeled systems for agencies Practice-management / booking software integration (Mindbody, Dentrix, Clio, Follow Up Boss) HOW WE'RE STRUCTURING THIS (milestone-based, NOT hourly) We want a clear plan of attack with fixed-price milestones. We start with a small paid discovery so you can assess the existing build before quoting the rest. MILESTONE 0 — Paid Discovery & Plan of Attack — $200 fixed Audit the existing GHL build (what works, what's broken, what's missing, salvageable vs needs rebuilding) Deliver a written assessment + recommended plan of attack Provide fixed-price quotes for the remaining milestones below Protects both sides: you're paid to assess, we see how you work, and you can quote accurately once you've seen what's there. After discovery, we break out the remaining milestones. Expected scope: MILESTONE 1 — Fix & Finish the GHL Foundation (Layer 1) Audit, clean up, and ORGANIZE all pipelines for our company — best-practice streamlined automation and optimization throughout Clean up workflow clutter (duplicates, unnamed drafts) Fix known bugs (voicemail firing a false "appointment confirmed," dead-air on the line, notification routing to owner) Finish + publish all core automations to professional standard Save as a replicable GHL Snapshot MILESTONE 2 — Build the Elite AI Layer (Layer 2) GHL MCP + Make.com + Claude API integration 24/7 conversational AI text agent (qualifies + books) Instant lead response, dead-database reactivation AI auto-drafting of SMS and email replies to leads for owner approval AI review responses MILESTONE 3 — Command Center + Integrations + Internal Tool Connections White-labeled Command Center dashboard (desktop + mobile app), live business overview Daily AI intelligence briefing (Slack + email) Make.com integration hub connecting external client software Unified inbox (all channels in one place) INTERNAL (Risen Strategic's own account): wire GHL to work with our company Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Claude wherever possible. Specifically: Integrate the GHL calendar with our Google Calendar (two-way sync) Integrate our Notion with Google Calendar Claude connected into our email where possible (would like Claude assisting in our inbox) Lead alerts, briefings, and approvals flowing into our Slack MILESTONE 4 — Documentation & Replicability Loom walkthrough of the full system Written runbook Cloneable Make.com templates + documented Claude prompts Per-client deployment checklist MILESTONE 5 — Website Integration (scheduled later — dependency) Our main website (risenstrategic.ai) is in development and goes live in ~6-7 weeks. Once live, integrate: AI webchat widget, AI chat agent on the site, "Book a Strategy Call" funnel, lead-capture forms feeding GHL, review display, contact routing. Quoted now but scheduled for when the site launches. Flagging so it's planned, not a surprise. WE WANT YOUR INPUT We're confident in this scope, but you're the expert. If you see a cleaner, more premium, or more powerful way to build any of this — or cool integrations / features we're missing that would strengthen the "universal AI layer" we deploy to every client — we genuinely want to hear it. Recommendations and add-ons welcome. We're building something best-in-class and we value an expert's perspective. BUDGET Milestone 0 (Discovery): $200 fixed. Overall master build (Milestones 1–4): target range $3,500–$5,500 total, depending on the condition of the existing build and how much cleanup vs rebuild is needed. The discovery determines where in that range it lands. (Milestone 5 website integration quoted separately, scheduled later.) Please come back after discovery with fixed per-milestone prices within this range. This is the master template build (one-time). After it's complete, we'll have ongoing recurring work: Per-client deployments — deploying the Snapshot + customizing for each new client. Because the system is built to be replicable, the core deployment should be efficient (a flat base fee). Any custom software-integration work (connecting to a client's existing software, which varies in difficulty) is quoted per client based on complexity. Monthly retainer — flat fee for ongoing management/optimization (not a % of revenue). In your proposal, please give a rough sense of your per-client deployment base fee and monthly retainer expectations so we know we're aligned long term.
