Expert Instructional Designer Needed

We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to create an engaging, learner-centered training program and eLearning content. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in curriculum development, adult learning theory, instructional systems design (ISD), eLearning authoring tools, and LMS platforms. Responsibilities Design and develop instructional materials, online courses, training modules, workshops, job aids, assessments, and blended learning programs Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model Create engaging eLearning courses using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Canva, Vyond, and LMS platforms. (We need help in deciding which platform is best suited for us) Develop storyboards, scripts, assessments, quizzes, learning activities, and multimedia content Ensure training materials align with learning objectives, accessibility standards, and adult learning principles Manage course updates, revisions, and version control Analyze learner feedback and training metrics to improve course effectiveness Support onboarding, compliance training, leadership development, technical training, and employee upskilling initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, eLearning Developer, Learning Experience Designer (LXD), Curriculum Developer, or Training Specialist Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design models, and learner engagement strategies Proficiency in Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Moodle, Blackboard, Cornerstone, Docebo, or TalentLMS Ability to create visually engaging and interactive learning experiences Excellent written communication, editing, and project management skills Experience working remotely and managing deadlines independently Knowledge of UX/UI principles for learning design is a plus Preferred Qualifications Background in corporate training, higher education, healthcare, SaaS, IT, HR, compliance, or professional development Experience with AI-powered learning tools, instructional videos, gamification, and learning analytics When applying, please include: Portfolio or work samples
