Expert Joomla & Phoca Cart Developer Needed for Guided Implementation/Consulting

Hello good people, I am looking for an experienced Joomla developer because I have a very specific request. I run a website where I sell my handcrafted hot sauces and specialty spicy spirits. Currently, I process orders manually via a contact form. I now want to upgrade to a proper e-commerce setup using the Phoca Cart extension. I tried implementing it myself but hit a roadblock. Finally, guide me on the proper way to implement Language Overrides in Joomla so I can safely translate frontend buttons to my local language without losing them during updates. • Milestone 2: Guest Checkout & Legal Compliance Configure a single-page checkout strictly for guests only (no accounts). This page must include buyer details, dynamic shipping rules (e.g., free over €30, €3 for bank transfer, €5 + product price for Next Day COD), payment options, and a field for promo codes. Additionally, implement mandatory checkboxes (e.g., Terms & Conditions) and an "I am over 18" age verification checkbox (since I sell spirits), which must be required to complete the checkout. • Milestone 3: Email Notifications Properly configure the system so that once an order is placed, both the buyer and I (the seller) receive accurate, detailed confirmation emails. • Milestone 4: Scaling to All Products Ensure the exact same system and layout logic is successfully applied to all current products, and guide me on how to easily apply it to the new products I plan to add in the future. • Milestone 5: Tracking & Analytics Setup Guide me on where and how to properly place tracking codes (Meta Pixel / TikTok Pixel / Google Analytics) specifically triggering on the 'Add to Cart' button click and on the final 'Thank You / Order Success' page, so I can accurately track my social media ad conversions.
