Expert Lingerie Technical Designer Needed for Women’s Underwear Brand I’m launching a women’s underwear brand and looking for an experienced lingerie technical designer / intimate apparel product developer to help turn my first product samples into professional, factory-ready tech packs. I currently have two physical underwear samples in different styles that need to be reverse engineered, documented, and prepared for manufacturing. Production will be with a manufacturer in either the United States or Portugal, so the final tech packs must be clear, detailed, and suitable for professional factory use. Scope of Work For the initial project, I need help with: * Reverse engineering two underwear samples * Reviewing construction, fit, seams, elastics, gusset, fabric, trims, and finishing * Creating complete manufacturing-ready tech packs for each style * Developing graded measurement specs for a full size range * Recommending suitable fabrics, trims, elastics, thread, and construction methods * Preparing documentation that can be sent directly to a manufacturer for sampling and production Deliverables Each tech pack should include: * Technical flat sketches: front, back, and key construction details * Measurement specification sheet with points of measure * Size grading across the agreed size range * Bill of Materials * Fabric specifications * Elastic and trim specifications * Gusset and lining details * Stitch and seam construction * Sewing instructions * Tolerance chart * Label placement and packaging notes, if applicable * Editable source file plus PDF export Please specify whether you also provide pattern files, and if so, which formats you can deliver.
