We are a Arabic-first booking and scheduling platform built for salons, spas, and beauty businesses across the GCC (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman). We need a paid media manager with native Arabic fluency and real Gulf-market experience to drive trial sign-ups and paying subscriptions from salon and spa owners across the region. This is a conversion-first role — success is measured in paying customers at a sustainable CAC, not clicks. What you'll own: Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across the channels that perform in the GCC — Snapchat, TikTok, Meta (Instagram), and Google Native Arabic ad copy and creative direction tuned to GCC salon/spa owners, with awareness of Gulf (Khaleeji) dialect and per-market nuances across Saudi, the UAE, and the smaller Gulf states Full-funnel optimization from ad to trial sign-up to paid subscription Manage budget against clear CAC and payback targets for a sub-$150/mo SaaS subscription, with the ability to segment and optimize by market Weekly reporting on sign-ups, paying customers, CAC, conversions, and ROAS Must-have: Native-level Arabic and proven paid-acquisition experience across the GCC (not just one market) Strong command of Snapchat and TikTok Ads (alongside Meta and Google) — you know what actually converts in the Gulf B2B SaaS or local-business/SMB acquisition experience, with a trial-to-paid track record Data-driven creative testing and revenue-focused optimization Nice to have: beauty/wellness, salon, or local-services vertical experience; landing-page CRO; Arabic + English bilingual copy.
