ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a high-level Meta Ads Specialist to lead the Go-to-Market (GTM) advertising strategy and execution for our newly launched mobile app for kids. This isn't just about "running ads"-we need a strategic partner who understands the full funnel, from initial awareness to App Store conversion. You will be responsible for defining our UA (User Acquisition) strategy, navigating the complexities of the kids' app category, and ensuring every dollar of our budget is optimized for maximum ROI. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES GTM Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive launch plan on Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Campaign Management: End-to-end setup, monitoring, and optimization of App Install campaigns. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Constant A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and audience segments to lower CPA and increase LTV. Tracking & Attribution: Ensure Meta SDK and App Events are correctly configured (working with our dev team if needed) to track high-value actions. Monitor and Optimize meta ads. Keyword: Purple cow Compliance: Ensure all campaigns strictly adhere to Metaโ€™s policies regarding advertising for children and COPPA/GDPR-K guidelines. Reporting: Provide weekly insights on performance, budget utilization, and strategic pivots. QUALIFICATIONS Proven Track Record: Deep experience in Mobile App Install campaigns (MAI) and Advantage+ App Campaigns. Niche Experience: Previous experience in the Kids/Education/Parenting sector is a massive plus. Strategic Thinker: You don't just follow instructions; you bring ideas to the table regarding creative hooks and market positioning. Communication: Fluent English and the ability to explain complex data in simple, actionable terms.
