Expert Opinion Letter — Human Capital Development (US-Based Professionals Only)

We are looking for an experienced Human Capital Development specialist based in the United States to write a paid independent expert opinion letter for an EB-2 National Interest Waiver immigration petition. This is not a recommendation letter. You do not need to know the petitioner. You are being engaged as a professional expert to write your independent opinion on the state of the HCD field in the United States, its national importance, and your assessment of the petitioner's professional standing — based on a dossier we will provide.
