Google Ads PPC Specialist for Lead Generation (Service Businesses) We're a UK specialist search agency working with law firms, private healthcare, and financial services clients. We're looking for a Google Ads freelancer to run and optimise lead generation campaigns. This is a services and lead gen role, not e-commerce. If your experience is mostly Shopify, ROAS, and product feeds, this won't be the right fit. What we need you to have done before You should have a track record running Google Ads specifically for service businesses where the goal is qualified enquiries, not online sales. That means you understand the difference between generating volume and generating leads that actually convert into clients. Concretely, we want someone who can speak confidently about: Setting up and trusting proper conversion tracking, including form fills, calls, and where possible offline conversion imports so bidding optimises toward real leads rather than raw form submissions. Running smart bidding for lead gen (tCPA, maximise conversions) and knowing when manual control is still better. Tight search term and negative keyword management to protect budget in expensive, competitive verticals. Structuring campaigns and ad groups around high-intent service keywords. Improving cost per qualified lead over time, and being able to explain the levers you pulled to do it. Nice to have Experience in regulated or professional services (legal, healthcare, finance) is a strong plus, since these are higher cost-per-click, compliance-sensitive environments. Comfort collaborating on landing page and conversion rate improvements, not just the account itself. The work Ongoing optimisation of live Google Ads accounts, with clear reporting on lead volume, lead quality, and cost per lead.
