Summary

This is NOT a job for a general video editor. We are looking for a direct-response video editor who understands how to create ads that convert, not just look good. If your experience is mostly YouTube, cinematic edits, or aesthetic content, this is not a fit. - The Role We are producing a high volume of performance-driven ads for a health supplement brand. You will be responsible for editing: 1. UGC-style ads (TikTok Shop style) 2. VSL-style ads (2–3 min problem/solution format) 3. AI-generated ads using tools like HeyGen, Higgsfield, VEO, etc. We will provide: - Scripts (fully written) - Raw UGC + B-roll + assets Your job is to turn these into high-converting ads with strong pacing, clean structure, and emotional impact. What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable) You MUST have experience editing ads, not just content. Experience with: - UGC-style edits (fast, raw, hook-heavy) - VSL-style edits (structured storytelling) - AI-generated video workflows - Ability to match script timing + intent precisely Deep understanding of: - Hooks (first 3 seconds) - Retention pacing - Problem → solution → payoff structure Portfolio Requirements (Read Carefully) To be considered, you must include: - 2–3 UGC-style ads - 2–3 VSL-style ads - 2–3 AI-generated ad 👉 Direct links only (Google Drive / live ads) 👉 No generic showreels or cinematic edits Nice to Have (But Strong Advantage) - Experience with supplement / health brands - Experience working with creative strategists / briefs Working Style - Fast turnaround (24–72h per video depending on scope) - Open to feedback + iterations - Consistent communication
