Expert Presentation Designer Needed to Modernise Company Slides and Create Branded Template

We are looking for an experienced presentation designer to help modernise our company slide decks and create a professional, easy-to-use presentation template for our team. We already have existing slides and company materials, but we would like a designer to review them and elevate the overall look and feel so they appear more modern, polished, premium, and commercially strong. The goal is to create a reusable company presentation template that our team can use for client proposals, strategy decks, campaign recommendations, case studies, and internal presentations. Scope of Work: Review our existing slide decks and identify opportunities to improve the design Create a modern, professional presentation template aligned with our brand Improve slide layouts, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and overall flow Design reusable master slides for different use cases, such as: Title slides Section divider slides Strategy slides Case study slides Content pillar slides Timeline slides Pricing or proposal slides Team or company intro slides Results and metrics slides Ensure the template is easy for our internal team to edit and reuse Provide guidance on how to keep future decks consistent with the template What We’re Looking For: Strong experience designing professional business presentations A modern, clean, and premium design style Experience creating templates for agencies, marketing companies, consulting businesses, or creative companies Strong understanding of layout, storytelling, and visual hierarchy Ability to make slides look polished without overcomplicating them Experience working in Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Canva Someone who can bring a strong point of view and suggest improvements, not just follow instructions Deliverables: Final presentation template shared in Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Canva, as our team uses all three platforms Editable master slides/templates for future use Any required brand assets, fonts, icons, or design elements used in the template A short usage guide so our team can keep future decks consistent To Apply: Please share - examples of presentation decks or templates you have designed for other agencies To confirm you have read the full scope of work, please include the phrase “presentation expert” at the start of your Upworl response :) Our agency is called Oysterly Media if you would like to look at our brand online We are looking for someone who can help us create a polished, professional, and modern presentation system that our team can use consistently across the business.
