Expert Print Designer for Magazine Ads

We are seeking an expert designer with a strong background in print design to collaborate with clients in creating visually appealing advertisements for our nationwide magazine. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate client ideas into stunning print layouts. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, adhering to tight deadlines, and ensuring that all designs align with our brand standards. Your creativity and professionalism will play a key role in enhancing our magazine's visual appeal. Your Role: - Our clients are business owners all around the United States who have purchased advertising space in our magazine for their company. After buying their ad space, they are assigned a Graphic Designer to build them their ad to promote their company in the magazine. Your job will be to work with them as their graphic designer to build them their advertisement and work with them until you receive an approval. You will be working with multiple clients at once so please be organized, dependable, and a hard worker. Requirements: - MUST be available and working during our work schedule of 9am - 5:00pm EST Monday - Friday. We are South Florida based and all employees are expected to work our same schedule. - Communication is exteremely important. Must be available and communicating at all times on Upwork. We have clients call in with questions constantly and if we need your help, we need to make sure you are available and responsive for us. - Must have extensive experience with print design. Since you will be designing ads for companies to be published in our magazine, you must be able to wow your clients with your impressive designs. - Must be fluent and comfortable speaking in English. Our company deals with clients all around the United States and they expect to be able to work with you during their ad process. Also, we cannot have english spelling or grammar errors in our clients ads, as this looks very unprofessional. - Must be comfortable using our CRM, Leadtrac. We will train you on this platform but any experience with CRM's would be helpful. Interested in becoming a graphic designer for our company?
