Expert Project Manager with Design & Proofing Experience

Seeking a detail-oriented project manager to white label for my agency. Must have design experience to oversee a website redesign and marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include: -managing contractors -ensuring client satisfaction and feedback is met -coordinating project timelines -triple checking all work More in depth... -bossing around contractors to ensure accuracy, timelines, and all feedback is met -producing and sending weekly reports on all contractors' work and updates -going through Figma comments and checking designers have completed all the work -checking the website site maps, features, and asks matches all pages -checking and proofing email campaigns and journeys in Hubspot, Mailchimp, or other platforms from the Email Manager and ensuring all are sending on time and to the right audiences -checking Google Ads and Bing Ads contractors are performing and sending weekly KPIs -checking the social media manager is posting on schedule, the correct content, and sending us their KPIs -ensuring all contractors adhere to brand standards and are creating quality -occasionally may have to hop on calls 1-2x/mo to provide updates **MUST be able to work EST hours and answer messages and emails quickly (within 30min) as needed for quick updates. **MUST be a great communicator, easy to understand, and fluent in English. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, marketing, and project management tools to effectively lead projects from start to finish. Their follow-up must be flawless and I should not have to ask for updates.
