Expert Rust Developer to Fix AI Desktop App

I am building an AI app Built on Tauri + Rust + React/TypeScript. The backend is Next.js with Supabase, and we use OpenAI Realtime API for AI responses. The product uses real-time audio processing and LLM inference to generate AI responses based on: conversation context users personal context info optional screen recording An MVP MacOS/Windows application has been 90% completed using Rust + Tauri, and I am looking for an engineer to help optimize performance, and take the product to launch. The Main Issue: The app is only capturing partial speech snippets instead of continuously transcribing the full audio. It automatically cuts off mid-sentence and sends incomplete audio to the AI, which then generates an answer based on a fragment rather than the full sentence/question/statement. The correct behavior should be: continuously transcribe everything in the background, store the full rolling transcript, and only trigger the AI once the user presses the corresponding button. Secondary issue: The answer UI needs better formatting — currently displays like a raw ChatGPT text dump. Needs proper line spacing, structure and visual hierarchy so it's easy to see. Additionally, I need the app linked to my vercel site so I can go live -- I have Stripe set up already! Tech stack: Tauri v2 + Rust backend React/TypeScript frontend OpenAI Realtime API (WebRTC) In summary: I have a crossplatform AI meeting assistant built on Rust/Tauri. The app can listen to audio and provide smart insights based on what is discussed. I need the app to listen to the entire audio transcript between speakers and only give a response after the speaker is finished talking and upon the user pressing the button. The UI formatting and possibly AI prompting needs to be improved as well.
