Expert DM Setter (Instagram & LinkedIn) | High-Ticket Appointment Setting

We are looking for a high-level DM Setter with proven experience in booking qualified sales calls through Instagram and/or LinkedIn. This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who understands how to build rapport, handle objections, and move conversations toward booked calls with precision and confidence. You will be responsible for managing conversations with warm and cold prospects, qualifying leads, and consistently booking appointments into our calendar for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with inbound and outbound leads via Instagram DMs and LinkedIn messaging - Build genuine rapport and guide conversations naturally (not robotic scripts) - Qualify prospects based on specific criteria - Handle common objections and resistance in the DMs - Drive conversations toward booking calls - Maintain consistent follow-up with leads who don’t book immediately - Update CRM or tracking sheets where required What We’re Looking For: - Proven track record as a DM setter / appointment setter (must have results) - Experience working with high-ticket offers ($2K+ programs preferred) - Strong understanding of sales psychology and conversational flow - Ability to control conversations while keeping them natural and human - Fluent written English with excellent communication skills - Highly proactive, reliable, and results-driven We are building a high-performance team and only want to work with people who take pride in their craft.
