Expert Shopify Website Designer / E-commerce UX Designer

We are looking for a talented Shopify Website Designer / E-commerce UX Designer to help improve the design, layout, navigation, and customer journey of our existing Shopify websites in the vaping industry. This is not a full website build from scratch. We already have an existing Shopify theme, product database, collections, and product information. We need someone who can review the current website structure and give strong design recommendations to make the websites cleaner, easier to use, more modern, and more professional. The main focus is on improving the design and user experience for: * Homepage layout and sections * Homepage banners * Main collection pages * Sub-collection pages * Category menu design * Product listing pages * Product cards * Filters * Navigation flow * Mobile and desktop layouts * Overall customer journey Main collection areas include: * Disposable / Prefilled Vapes * Refillable Vapes * Vape Accessories * Nicotine Salt E-liquids * Freebase E-liquid * Sub-ohm Salt E-liquid This project is for three Shopify websites in the vaping industry: * New Zealand website * Australia website * Global website The Australia and Global websites can follow the same design style. The New Zealand website must follow New Zealand vaping website rules and restrictions. We need someone who can review the current design and clearly tell us: * What needs to be improved * What needs to be changed * What should be removed * What should be added * How to make the customer journey easier * How to make the website look more modern and professional * How to improve the homepage, collections, sub-collections, menus, filters, and product layout Expected deliverables: * UX/design review of the existing website * Homepage design improvement suggestions * Collection and sub-collection layout suggestions * Category menu/navigation improvement suggestions * Product listing page and product card improvement suggestions * Mobile and desktop design recommendations * Figma mockups, wireframes, or visual layout examples * Clear notes explaining what should be changed and why * Practical guidance for our internal Shopify team to implement the changes Important note: All product data, product information, collections, tags, and database details will be provided by us. You do not need to create product information from scratch. Your main focus will be website design, UX improvement, layout improvement, navigation, visual presentation, and customer journey. Skills required: * Strong Shopify website design experience * E-commerce UX/UI design experience * Experience with homepage, collection pages, product pages, menus, and filters * Ability to work with an existing Shopify theme * Strong eye for clean, modern, and conversion-focused design * Experience with Figma, wireframing, mockups, or similar design tools * Ability to give practical design recommendations, not just basic visual ideas * Good communication skills We are looking for someone who can think like both a designer and a customer. The ideal person should be able to review the website and say, “This part is confusing for customers, and this is how we can make it better.” You will work with our internal team. Our team will provide the product information, current website access/details, and business requirements. We need your design expertise and recommendations. To apply, please include: 1.
