Expert Short-Form Video Editor for Podcast Clips & Talking Head Content

We're looking for a talented video editor who can take our long-form content (podcasts, interviews, and talking-head videos) and turn it into engaging short-form videos for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels. We're not just looking for someone who can cut clips. We need someone who understands storytelling, pacing, hooks, and what keeps people watching. Most of our content is educational and business-focused, so you should be able to identify valuable moments, create strong openings, and package them into content that performs well on social media. What You'll Be Doing Watching long-form videos and finding the best moments Turning those moments into engaging short-form clips Creating attention-grabbing hooks in the first few seconds Adding clean, professional captions Using zooms, cuts, b-roll, sound effects, and motion graphics where appropriate Editing content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels Following reference styles and brand guidelines What We're Looking For Experience editing podcast clips or talking-head content Strong understanding of short-form content Good sense of pacing and storytelling Experience with Premiere Pro and/or After Effects Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Someone who genuinely enjoys creating content that keeps viewers engaged Bonus Points If You Have Experience With Alex Hormozi-style editing Personal brand content Educational YouTube content Business and entrepreneurship content To Apply Please send: 1.
