Retention Architecture: You understand that every single second is a battle for the viewer’s attention. You know how to use pacing, visual continuity, and complex sound design to keep retention high and drop offs low. Next-Gen AI Generation: You must know how to generate hyper realistic b-roll, characters, and cinematic environments that blend seamlessly into a high end edit. Proactive Ownership: We don't want a robot who waits for instructions. (We are scaling to 60 shorts per month, guaranteeing a $3,000/mo baseline for full output). Performance Tiers: + $25 bonus for every video that hits 1M+ views. + $50 bonus for every video that hits 10M+ views. Long Term Growth: We are aggressively scaling.
