Your job: Create direct response ads for paid social. You should understand what makes someone stop scrolling and click ads. You know A/B testing, smart variants, and have experience creating ads that CONVERT with little to no hand-holding based on the creative director's brief. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY if you don't have experience making static ads for Meta Ads and know all the best practices, aspect ratio, rules and so on.
