I need someone that is an expert on sourcing top talent, not just basically giving me the first person they find on Indeed, someone who is a matchmaker. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and expertise in identifying the right candidates for our needs. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition and a keen eye for detail to ensure the best fit for our team. Industries, insurance (Commercial and pesonal lines) non profit- program manager and commecial construction and roor (roof tech, roof supervisor adn account sales executive)
