Overview We are looking for a top-tier, highly efficient Technical SEO and Website Performance Expert to optimize our digital education platform, lifehubeducation.com (built on Webflow). Our foundational SEO settings are highly optimized, but we have critical gaps in traditional Google desktop/mobile visibility, mobile page speed performance, and complex semantic internal link structures. This is a fixed-price, milestone-driven project with a strict, accelerated timeline. We need someone who can audit our current dashboards, execute the technical fixes directly in Webflow, and hand over a clean, high-performing environment. Scope of Work & Specific Tools Required Your job will be to log into our stack and execute the following optimizations: Website Performance & Speed (PageSpeed Insights) Optimize our mobile performance score (currently sitting at 51) to 85+. Fix Core Web Vitals, specifically targeting First Contentful Paint (FCP is at 3.0s) and Largest Contentful Paint (LCP is at 3.9s). Image optimization/WebP conversion, font-display script adjustments, and deferring non-essential third-party tracking scripts in Webflow. Semantic Internal Linking Architecture (LinkBoss) Map out and manually deploy a Hybrid Circle Silo Network within our Webflow CMS for our core topical clusters (e.g., Financial Literacy, Contextualized Learning). Resolve specific dashboard link health errors: Fix Anchor Cannibalization (13 critical conflicts), clear out non-essential Link Duplication, and eliminate Dead Ends / Orphan Pages. SEO Visibility & Tracking (Rankaria, SE Ranking, Google Search Console) Bridge the gap between our high AI Search Visibility (72%) and our low traditional Google Visibility (2.18%). Clean up indexation profiles, fix data synchronization issues, and ensure proper keyword targeting mapping across tracking dashboards. Required Qualifications Proven track record optimizing websites built specifically on Webflow (not just WordPress). Expert-level mastery of LinkBoss (or similar semantic cluster builders), Rankaria / SE Ranking, Google Search Console, and Lighthouse/PageSpeed Insights.
