Expert TikTok Growth Manager | Organic Growth, Viral Strategy & Content Creation

We are looking for an experienced TikTok Growth Manager who knows how to build brands through organic content—not just post videos. You must have a proven track record of growing TikTok accounts, understanding the algorithm, creating viral content, and turning views into followers, leads, and sales. Responsibilities * Develop and execute a TikTok growth strategy. * Create a monthly content calendar. * Research trends, sounds, hashtags, and viral opportunities. * Edit and publish high-quality TikTok videos. * Write compelling hooks, captions, and CTAs. * Repurpose content into short-form videos. * Monitor analytics and optimize performance. * Engage with the community and respond to comments. * Identify influencer and collaboration opportunities. * Stay ahead of TikTok trends and algorithm updates. Requirements * Proven success growing TikTok accounts organically. * Portfolio of accounts and videos you’ve managed. * Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar). * Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills. * Deep understanding of TikTok analytics and growth strategies. * Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven. Bonus Skills * Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT). * Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. * Influencer marketing and UGC campaigns. * Experience generating leads or e-commerce sales through TikTok. Right now we have 8 to 10 accounts need to be managed and we are paying $800 a month salary.
