Expert Video Editor for Founder Brand & High-Growth Startup (Long-Form + Social Media)

We're looking for a highly creative freelance video editor to work directly with the founder of one of the fastest-growing companies in airport entertainment. (Please, only individuals apply, not companies) You'll be editing videos about entrepreneurship, fundraising, business growth, leadership, behind-the-scenes content, and company updates. This isn't just about making videos look good. Your job is to make people stop scrolling and keep watching. What You'll Edit: Founder talking-head videos LinkedIn videos YouTube episodes Instagram Reels Short-form clips from long-form content Company announcements Investor updates Podcast-style interviews (future) We're Looking For Someone Who Can: Edit with fast pacing and excellent storytelling Create compelling hooks in the first 3-5 seconds Add captions, graphics, animations, B-roll, zooms, sound effects, and music where appropriate Know when to speed things up and when to slow them down Repurpose one long-form video into multiple social clips Think creatively instead of simply following instructions Give feedback on content that will improve viewer retention Requirements Expert in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve Portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling Experience editing founder, business, or educational content Excellent English Reliable communication Able to meet deadlines Nice to Have Motion graphics experience Thumbnail design Understanding of YouTube analytics and retention Experience growing personal brands This Is NOT The Job For You If You simply trim clips together You require step-by-step instructions You don't understand social media pacing You miss deadlines To Apply Please answer the screening questions below.
