Expert needed to build consistent AI Agents for large amount of data

Summary

We need somebody who can help us build an ai agent that is consistent and its not forgetful. We want to build a personal AI agent that can take and consume daily voice notes and all the call transcripts and provide it to our agent. The idea is the system will take and consume this info ( we need to clean , structure and organize and tag dataset automatically. We are open to use existing agentic systems if they have a good enough memory layer at present.
