Expo Booth Designer

We’re looking for a contractor to support booth and event design for cybersecurity conference environments (RSA, trade shows, etc.). This role focuses on translating brand identity into compelling, high-impact physical experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design booth graphics, backdrops, signage, and supporting collateral Translate brand guidelines into large-format, print-ready assets Collaborate with PMs and brand team to align on messaging and visual direction Prepare files for production with accuracy and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator (preferred over Figma) Experience designing for trade shows or physical environments Ability to execute quickly with tight turnaround times Clear, proactive communicator who asks thoughtful questions to ensure alignment Comfortable working on an hourly basis with flexible bandwidth
