Export one sample General Ledger from AppFolio (demo/test data only) — quick task

I'm building software that reads AppFolio's General Ledger export format, and I need one real example file to build against. This is a data-format task, not bookkeeping. DELIVERABLE: 1. An AppFolio Property Manager GENERAL LEDGER export, the detailed, transaction-level GL (itemized lines, not a summary financial statement). One to three months of activity is plenty. 2. Exported in whatever format(s) AppFolio offers natively, if both CSV and Excel are offered, send both. Send the file(s) EXACTLY as AppFolio produced them: do not open-and-resave, edit, clean, or anonymize them in any way. 3. A screenshot of the export screen you used (report name and export options visible). THE ONE HARD REQUIREMENT, read before applying: The export must come from a DEMO, TEST, or SANDBOX portfolio, or from a portfolio you personally own and control. I cannot accept an export from a client's books, not even anonymized. If demo or own-portfolio data isn't something you have access to, this isn't the right gig for you, no hard feelings. Why: I need the file format AppFolio generates, headers, columns, how entries are structured, not anyone's financial data. Synthetic demo numbers are ideal. OPTIONAL +$15 BONUS: the chart-of-accounts export from the same portfolio, same rules. Fast turnaround appreciated, this should be well under an hour for someone with AppFolio access.
