Extend Existing DeepL Translation for Hotel Room Types

We already have a working DeepL translation integration in our hotel booking platform. The current implementation translates hotel reviews in german and stores the translations in the database. Now we want to extend this functionality to hotel room types. Scope Reuse the existing DeepL integration. Translate hotel room type names. Store the translated room types in the database. The translation should happen only once. On future requests, load the translated room type from the database instead of calling the DeepL API again. If a translation already exists, do not translate it again. Important DeepL integration is already implemented. This is not a new API integration. We simply want to extend the existing translation logic to support room types.
