Exterior Staircase Concept & 3D Visualization – Premium Entrance Design (Medical Practice)

Job Description: We are looking for a creative architect, designer, or 3D visualizer to develop a high-end concept for an exterior staircase leading to a medical/healing practice in a newly renovated building. The entrance situation is challenging: the main access to the practice is not immediately visible from the street, and there is a second existing staircase on the facade leading to an upper floor, which currently creates confusion about the actual entrance. The new design should clearly solve this problem and communicate without doubt: this is the entrance to the practice. At the same time, it should feel premium, calm, and architecturally strong – not just functional, but a clear visual statement. We are fully open to ideas regarding style, materials, lighting, and construction approach. The focus is on strong creative concepts and high-quality visualization. Deliverables: 2–3 design concepts for an exterior staircase / entrance solution High-quality 3D visualizations based on provided photos Integration into real site imagery for realistic presentation Optional development toward construction-ready drawings (later phase) We are initially focused on concept and visualization quality, not technical finalization. Ideal Candidate: Background in architecture, exterior design, or high-end 3D visualization Strong conceptual thinking and design storytelling Portfolio showing built or realistic exterior work Ability to work from photographs and real-world constraints Experience with premium or public-facing entrances is a plus
