Scope of Work BD Team Systems — build trackers, dashboards, and workflows to help our BD team work in an organised, scalable way Excel Dashboards — MIS reports, buyer tracking, pipeline and ops dashboards, with automation where possible Web App — maintain and improve existing internal tools, build new ones as needed, handle hosting and uptime Organisation & Systems — assess how we work, plug the gaps, build systems that scale
