External Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced External Recruiter to source, screen, and recruit candidates for client roles. The ideal candidate is skilled in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and maintaining a structured pipeline of qualified applicants. This role supports external clients by ensuring a steady flow of top talent for open positions. Responsibilities: Search for and reach out to potential candidates on job platforms and networks Conduct screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and fit Submit qualified candidates to clients in a timely manner Maintain and update the candidate pipeline for multiple roles Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on hiring needs Provide recommendations and feedback on candidates Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS) Interviewing and screening experience Ability to manage multiple roles and maintain organized pipelines Prior recruitment or talent acquisition experience required
