If you understand how to pace and edit a video that actually sells — hooks, retention, clean graphics, strong CTAs — this is for you. Responsibilities: Edit ads, VSLs, and webinar VSLs optimized for retention and conversion. Edit long-form YouTube videos with strong pacing and storytelling. Cut long-form content (webinars, VSLs, YouTube) into short-form clips. Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, and sound design. Align videos with brand guidelines and offer messaging. Deliver quality work on time across multiple projects. Join team calls and contribute creative ideas. Requirements: Proven editing experience with a portfolio including ads, VSLs, webinar VSLs, YouTube, and short-form (include samples). Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut. Strong eye for pacing, storytelling, and retention editing. Comfortable working from scripts (hook → problem → solution → offer). Able to work independently and juggle deadlines. Direct-response or info-marketing experience strongly preferred. Reliable internet and a proper remote setup. Shortlisted candidates will complete a short paid test edit (a 30–60 second ad or VSL segment from footage we provide) so we can see your pacing, hooks, and graphics in action.
