FOH Sound Engineer for EP Launch

We’re running a live hip-hop/rap EP launch show at The Workers Club in Fitzroy on Saturday 22nd August and need an experienced FOH sound engineer to run the house system for the night. House gear only, no need to bring or transport anything. The venue runs a Midas M32 digital console with DL24 stage rack, L-Acoustics PA with subs, and a full Nexo monitor setup. Five acts performing vocals live over backing tracks, so we need someone confident balancing bass heavy tracks against clear live vocals, running vocal effects (reverb/delay), and managing feedback from performers who like to grip the mic. Soundcheck from 6pm, doors 8pm, finishing by midnight. Looking for someone local to Melbourne with experience on the M32 or similar digital consoles, ideally with hip-hop/rap live show experience specifically, since balancing vocals over tracks is different to mixing a full band.
