FREE TRIP + $1k Bonus - Punta Cana Photographer / Content Creator

PAID PUNTA CANA WEDDING-WEEK PHOTOGRAPHER / CONTENT CREATOR OPPORTUNITY We are looking for one fun, easygoing and socially confident photographer/content creator to join us for our destination wedding week in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. DATES: November 11–18, 2026 We will be travelling with approximately 130 guests. We already have a full professional photography and videography team for the main wedding day. This additional role is focused on capturing the entire wedding-week experience outside of the formal wedding-day coverage. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We want someone fun, lighthearted and comfortable interacting naturally with our guests. You should be able to make people feel comfortable while also knowing when to remain in the background and capture genuine moments without making the experience feel posed, forced or overly produced. The goal is relaxed, documentary-style coverage of real moments throughout the week, including: • Welcome events and group gatherings • Beach and pool activities • Volleyball, spikeball and other games • Casual dinners, drinks and celebrations • Walks around the resort • Funny and spontaneous guest interactions • Special moments between the couple, family and friends • Behind-the-scenes wedding-week memories • General content and memories that can be shared with our guests PHOTO AND SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT: In addition to candid photography, we are looking for someone who enjoys creating fun social media content. This may include: • Vertical video clips for Instagram Stories and Reels • Short, fun edits from activities and events • Candid guest interviews or reactions when appropriate • Behind-the-scenes clips • Quick-turnaround content that can be shared during the trip • An organized collection of photos and videos after the trip The content does not need to feel like a major commercial production. We want it to feel natural, energetic, personal and fun. SCHEDULE: • Approximately 40 scheduled coverage hours total • Eight days • Approximately five hours per day • Hours may be divided between different activities or times of day • You will not be expected to work continuously all day • You must be available for the complete November 11–18 trip • This is not primary wedding-day photography or videography COMPENSATION: • Fully covered eight-day all-inclusive Punta Cana trip • Trip value is approximately C$3,000 • Round-trip flight included • Resort accommodation included • All-inclusive meals and drinks included • Additional C$1,000 completion bonus The approximate total compensation-package value is C$4,000. Based on approximately 40 scheduled coverage hours, this equals roughly C$100 per coverage hour in total package value. This calculation includes the non-cash value of the C$3,000 trip and is not a C$100 cash hourly wage. The C$1,000 bonus will be paid following successful completion of the agreed coverage and content deliverables. Personal purchases, optional upgrades and incidental expenses outside of the included travel package are not covered. IDEAL APPLICANT: • Fun, friendly, outgoing and socially comfortable • Able to interact naturally with a large group • Skilled at remaining discreet and capturing moments in the background • Experienced with candid, lifestyle, event, wedding or travel photography • Comfortable capturing beach activities, sports and movement • Able to create quality vertical video and short-form social content • Comfortable shooting in daylight and low-light dinner environments • Reliable, professional and organized • Owns suitable photography and video equipment • Uses backup memory cards and responsible file-storage practices • Holds a valid passport and is eligible to travel to Punta Cana • Available for the complete November 11–18, 2026 trip Drone experience is a bonus but is not required. We will conduct a video interview and use a written agreement outlining the schedule, expectations, deliverables and compensation before booking the selected applicant.
