ONLINE RESEARCH (desk research) - Search Shopee Vietnam for related products — screenshot listings, note prices, review counts, sales volume - Search TikTok Vietnam for pet memorial content — note view counts and engagement - Search Facebook pet groups — identify top 10 active communities - Research competitor products on Taobao (China) — what sells, at what price 2. COMMUNITY POLLING - Join 5–10 Vietnamese Facebook pet groups - Post a concept poll (we provide the text and product images) - Collect and summarize all comments and reactions - Note: how many people expressed interest, what price they suggested, what concerns they raised 3. CUSTOMER INTERVIEWS (optional bonus) - Talk to 5–10 pet owners (online or in person) - Ask about pet loss experience and willingness to buy - Summarize key insights 4.
