FSA/HSA Eligibility Specialist for Product Enrollment in Amazon and TikTok Shop (Fixed-Fee Project)

We are seeking an experienced Amazon & TikTok Shop Compliance Specialist with a proven track record in securing HSA/FSA eligibility enrollment for products sold across major e-commerce platforms. The product is an FDA-registered Human OTC Drug with an active NDC. However, initial enrollment classified it as a natural or herbal cream. We need a specialist who understands Amazon and TikTok Shop compliance and escalation processes, SIGIS requirements, and how to move the application beyond the standard support cycle through the appropriate channels. This is a temporary, remote, fixed-fee contract for the enrollment of one product. Key Responsibilities: 1. Compliance Review – Review the current product listing, UPC, manufacturing documentation, packaging, and FDA Drug Facts label, and identify any modifications needed to ensure the product meets applicable IRS Section 213(d) and SIGIS eligibility requirements. 2. Case Strategy and Escalation - Prepare and submit a clear, well-supported case through Amazon/TikTok Seller Central and pursue the appropriate escalation path for a retailer-sponsored SIGIS database update. 3. Ticket Management - Monitor the case, respond to automated or manual compliance requests, provide any required documentation, and manage the process until the “HSA/FSA Eligible” badge is active on the listing. Required Qualifications - Proven Amazon HSA/FSA Experience: Documented experience successfully obtaining HSA/FSA eligibility badges for products or brands through Amazon Seller Central. - SIGIS and IRS Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of SIGIS Eligible Product List submission requirements, IRS Section 213(d), and the process through which non-member brands may obtain retailer sponsorship. - Examples of Past Work: Ability to provide brief case studies, references, or redacted screenshots showing previous successful HSA/FSA product activations on Amazon.
