FTTH Network Designer (AutoCAD + GIS) – Complete ODN Design Project

We are looking for an experienced FTTH Network Design Engineer to design a complete FTTH (Fiber to the Home) network using AutoCAD and GIS tools. We already have infrastructure maps provided by a local infrastructure company and need a senior engineer who can transform these maps into a complete construction-ready FTTH design. Project Scope The selected engineer will be responsible for: Reviewing and analyzing provided GIS and infrastructure maps Designing the complete FTTH ODN (Optical Distribution Network) Planning feeder, distribution, and drop networks Determining optimal cabinet (FDT/FDB) locations Splitter planning and allocation Fiber routing and cable sizing Fiber allocation and core management Preparing detailed AutoCAD drawings Producing GIS-based network documentation Calculating optical loss budgets Preparing Bills of Materials (BOM) Technical Requirements The candidate must have proven experience with: FTTH network design GPON and/or XGS-PON networks AutoCAD GIS platforms (ArcGIS, QGIS, or equivalent) ODN design and planning Fiber allocation and splice planning Splitter planning and optimization Aerial and pole-based fiber networks Construction-ready telecom drawings Preferred Experience Experience with the following is highly preferred: Huawei FTTH networks Huawei MA5800 OLT platforms XGS-PON deployments ADSS fiber cable networks Networks serving 3,000+ subscribers Middle East telecommunications projects Deliverables The final deliverables should include: AutoCAD DWG files PDF design drawings GIS project files Fiber allocation tables Splitter allocation plans Cable schedules Splice diagrams Optical loss budget calculations Bill of Materials (BOM) Complete ODN design package Project Information FTTH Network Approximately 5,000 subscribers Huawei MA5800-X7 OLT platform XGS-PON architecture Aerial fiber deployment Infrastructure maps will be provided Application Requirements Please include the following in your proposal: Number of years of FTTH design experience Number of FTTH projects completed Largest FTTH project designed GIS software used AutoCAD experience level Examples/screenshots of previous FTTH or ODN designs Experience with Huawei GPON/XGS-PON networks Availability and estimated project duration
