Fabrication-Ready CAD Drawings – Patent-Pending Shelter Unit

Personal Note: I have hired one engineer and my project went no where, and it took 2-3 week. I interacted and tried to hire 2 others and felt more like a cash register than a working relationship. This is a patent pending project that I need the CAD drawings and built by early to mid-August. I need an experienced US-based mechanical engineer to produce fabrication-ready CAD drawings for a patent-pending personal shelter unit built around a standard shopping cart chassis. This is prototype development work. The drawings must be sufficient for a manufacturer to build from without additional design interpretation. What I need: SolidWorks 3D models (.stp) 2D fabrication drawings (.pdf) with full sheet metal specs: bend, cut, weld GD&T machinist drawings (I'm told that I don't need this)???
