Summary

I need someone who will help me properly setup and possibly manage a Facebook ads account. The task involves at minimum the initial setup and possibly ongoing management to ensure optimal performance. The opportunity for ongoing management is dependent upon customer service, communication and pricing of initial setup. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating effective ad campaigns and be willing to teach me how to run the campaigns.
