I'm the founder of a new dating game for queer women and I'm looking for an experienced Meta Ads specialist to help launch and grow our paid acquisition efforts. This is an early-stage consumer product, so I'm looking for someone who enjoys testing ideas, iterating quickly, and helping build a scalable acquisition strategy—not just creating a few ads. What I need help with -Setting up Meta Business Manager -Creating and launching Facebook & Instagram campaigns -Audience targeting -Creative testing and A/B testing -Conversion tracking and reporting -Optimizing campaigns based on performance -Advising on budget allocation and scaling Ideal experience 3+ years managing Meta Ads Proven experience with consumer apps, dating apps, mobile apps, subscriptions, or online communities Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager Experience improving ROAS and lowering customer acquisition costs Comfortable explaining strategy, not just clicking buttons Bonus points if you've worked with LGBTQ+ brands or communities, although this is not required.
