What We Need: We are looking for an experienced Facebook/Instagram Ads Creative Specialist to: - Analyse our website, social media content, and brand - Understand our target audience and customer psychology - Review our existing photography and content - Create 2-3 different static-image Facebook/Instagram ad concepts - Write engaging ad copy and headlines - Recommend audiences to target - Advise on the best testing strategy Important: We are not looking for generic AI-generated adverts. We want somebody who understands emotional storytelling, premium children's fashion, and performance-focused creative strategy. The goal is to create adverts that connect emotionally with parents and drive sales.
