Facebook Ads Specialist (Campaign Setup & Launch – Not Beginner Level) We’re a UK-based digital marketing agency working with home improvement businesses (kitchens, windows, doors, etc.), and we’re looking for a Facebook Ads specialist to support our team with campaign setup and launches. This is not a strategy or beginner role — we already have senior ads managers in place. We need someone who can take a clear brief and execute it to a high standard inside Ads Manager. The Role You’ll be responsible for building and launching campaigns based on briefs provided by our Ads Managers. Our workflow looks like this: * Performance is monitored across accounts by our Ads Managers * When performance drops (e.g. CPL increases beyond target), the account is flagged * A new campaign brief is created (angle, structure, targeting, messaging) * Creatives are produced separately (via Canva designer) * You take the brief + creatives and build, configure, and launch the campaign correctly What You’ll Be Doing * Setting up Facebook/Meta ad campaigns from scratch * Following predefined campaign structures and best practices * Uploading and configuring ad creatives, copy, and variations Setting up: * * Campaign objectives (typically leads/conversions) * * Ad set structures (audiences, budgets, placements) * * Ads (copy, headlines, CTAs) Ensuring tracking is correctly implemented (pixel, events, attribution basics) Applying correct: * * Naming conventions * * Campaign hierarchy * * Placements and optimisation settings * Launching campaigns ready for performance monitoring What We’re Looking For * Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager * Clear understanding of: * * Campaign structure (Campaign → Ad Set → Ad) * * Audience targeting (broad, interest, retargeting basics) * * Placements and optimisation * * Conversion tracking fundamentals * Ability to follow a brief precisely and execute without hand-holding * High attention to detail (this is critical) * Experience launching lead generation campaigns * Comfortable working within a structured workflow (Teamwork tasks) What This Is NOT * Not a strategy role * Not for beginners or those “learning ads” * Not for someone who needs constant direction You won’t be analysing performance or deciding strategy — you’ll be executing campaigns properly and consistently based on our system. Nice to Have (Not Essential) * Experience with home improvement / local lead gen * Familiarity with lead forms + landing page campaigns * Understanding of ad fatigue and creative refresh cycles Volume & Ongoing Work * Ongoing work as part of our delivery team * Campaign builds triggered as accounts require refreshes * Potential for consistent long-term work if reliable To Apply Please include: 1.
