Facebook Ads Specialist – Estate Planning Seminar Campaign (Alexandria, VA)

Description: We're a Virginia-based estate planning law firm running 1–2 in-person seminars this fall (2026) in the Alexandria/Northern Virginia area. We need an experienced Meta Ads specialist to design ad creative, build and launch the campaign in Facebook Ads Manager, and drive traffic to our seminar registration page. Scope of work: Design 3–4 ad creative variations (static and/or short video) promoting the seminar(s) Write ad copy for a local, 55+ and adult-children-of-aging-parents audience Build campaign structure and targeting in our existing Facebook Business Manager (we'll grant you partner access — no need for your own ad account) Advise on and help implement Facebook Pixel / Conversions API tracking on our registration landing page Launch the campaign and manage optimization for the first 2 weeks Provide a short performance report (impressions, CTR, cost per registration) Important: Please confirm during setup whether Meta's "Financial Products and Services" Special Ad Category classification applies to estate-planning ad content. If it does, standard age/interest targeting won't be available and the campaign will need to be built around Meta's Special Ad Category rules instead. Budget: Fixed-price, ~$1,500–$3,500, paid across milestones: Creative concepts + targeting/audience plan Campaign build in Ads Manager + landing page tracking setup Launch + 2 weeks of optimization + performance report Timeline: Ready to start immediately.
