Facebook Ads Specialist, Paid Social Takeover

We need a Meta ads buyer to take over a broken account and fix it. The account is a wreck. Campaigns stacked on top of each other with no naming conventions, no isolation between prospecting and retargeting, audience overlap everywhere. We're spending money and can't attribute results to anything specific. What we need done: Account audit. Campaign rebuild in Ads Manager. Clean separation: TOF prospecting, MOF engagement retargeting, BOF purchase retargeting.Creative testing system. We sell sunglasses. The angles are glare, UV protection, comfort, style. We need hook tests, format tests (static, video, UGC), and copy variations run methodically. Weekly reporting in a shared sheet. Bar is high on this one. If you haven't managed $15k+/month in Meta spend for a DTC product, this probably isn't the right fit. We want proof of account work. Screenshots, case breakdowns, whatever you've got. Portfolios with logos and no numbers won't cut it.
